Your body already knows. So does your lineage.

Healing at the intersection of physiology, ancestry, and the more-than-human world

We can spend years understanding ourselves without fully inhabiting our lives. Living in our heads, overriding the body's signals, navigating symptoms, or moving through the world with a sense that something essential remains out of reach.

My work brings together clinical medicine, herbalism, somatic inquiry and relational practices to deepen our capacity to inhabit ourselves, trust our own experience, and participate more fully in life.

How I Work

The body speaks in many languages

Work With Me

Integrative Healing Consultation

Drawing on naturopathic medicine, clinical herbalism and therapeutic nutrition, I offer an integrative approach to complex health concerns, considering physiology alongside the wider context of a person's life.

Individual consultations are currently available on a limited basis.

Family Constellations Therapy

The patterns you carry aren't always yours.

Sometimes healing requires looking beyond your individual body into the family system that birthed you into being.

Conscious Culinary Consulting

Bespoke menu and recipe development for health-focused businesses, alongside intimate culinary workshops designed to reconnect people with deeply nourishing food traditions.

Many of the workshops I lead centre around food as a relationship - to the body, to the soil, and to eating itself as a practice of embodiment, restoration, and remembrance.

ATTUNED

A relational embodiment practice expressed through workshops, immersions and group gatherings.

A place to remember through the body, in shared space.

Hi, I’m Salma!

My body has always been my compass. Long before I had language for it, intuition was my first literacy - a way of reading rooms, people, and my own physiology that arrived before thought, and that hardship only sharpened.

I've watched so many people lose that fluency - trained by culture to push through, perform, and override the very signals that were trying to keep them whole. My work became the bridge between these worlds: weaving innate, embodied knowing with clinical practice, meeting people where conventional care wasn't designed to follow.

Over a decade of practice, this work has crystallised into ATTUNED - a relational embodiment practice, where this body of work meets the room.
